Are You out of Paper or Toner?

We are writing to clarify what to do when you have run out of paper, toner or staples for the Managed Print Services (MPS) printers on campus, which includes multifunction devices (MFDs) and desktop printers.
Please submit all requests to the Service Desk:

It is best to have your administrative assistant make the request to avoid duplicate requests.
Please include:
- Asset number (found on label on front of printer like “GS###”)
- Building and room number
- How many reams (500 sheets) are needed
You may have been previously advised to submit requests to Mailing Services by e-mail, phone or in person. This was intended only as a temporary measure during the transition period, which has concluded. However, if paper is needed urgently, you may still visit the mailroom in PAVL 040. Toner and staples are not available at this location so a request must be made for those items.
Service and maintenance is also handled through the Service Desk.
