CDLI Workshops: April 26 and 28

The Center for Digital Learning & Innovation offers the following workshops for any interested faculty. Contact the center at cdli@seattleu.edu with any questions.

• Canvas Studio (Virtual) – Wednesday, April 26, 10:30-11:30 a.m. 
  Canvas Studio allows you to store and stream video, generate closed captions, and embed videos within Canvas. Plus, it allows students (or instructors) to add a question or comment to any point in a video. This workshop will cover all the basics of using Canvas Studio. RSVP and see more workshop information.

• Open Educational Resources (In-Person) – Friday, April 28, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
  Looking for alternatives to expensive textbooks? Want to find free learning content to integrate into your course? We’ll help you navigate the world of Open Source and Open Educational Resources (OERs) by showing you some powerful tools for finding free classroom resources. RSVP and see workshop information.

In-person workshops will be held in PAVL 050. Links to Zoom meetings will be sent prior to the start of a virtual workshop. If you are unable to attend a particular workshop or need advice about something specific to your course, consider signing up for an individual consultation!
