Focused Inbox Will Be Turned off in Outlook Nov. 6

While the “Focused” inbox feature can be helpful, many students, faculty and staff have missed important university communications because these messages have been filtered to the “Other” inbox.
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, IT Services will change the default settings on all SU e-mail accounts to turn off Focused inbox where all messages will be displayed in a single inbox.
Not to fret if you do prefer the Focused inbox; it can simply be turned back on.
