ITS Partners with the Library for an in-Person Service Desk

IT Services is excited to announce that, in conjunction with our partners in the Lemieux Library, we will be opening an in-person Service Desk on Sept. 16. This allows us to better support students, faculty and staff. While we will still be able to provide support over the phone at 206-296-5571, and through the Service Desk Portal, you can now work with technicians in person Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., at the iDesk on the 3rd floor of the Lemieux Library on troubleshooting your SU provided laptops, account support and much more. Through our partnership with our colleagues at the Lemieux Library, you will now be able to check out equipment for your classrooms or meetings at the circulation desk.
