Large Tree Pruning on Campus Next Week

Grounds will be performing tree pruning on March 19 and 20, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., on the following: pines at the library entrance; large green deodar (northeast corner, Union Green); weeping sequoia (Bannan); and giant sequoia (Marion). A bucket lift will be on the work site. Safety controls for the work site and pedestrians will include workers directing pedestrians around the work site and orange cones. There will be chainsaw and blower noise as well as back-up beeper noise.
