Mark Your Calendars - 2023 Open Enrollment

Dear Faculty & Staff Colleagues,

Open Enrollment will be held November 1 – 15, 2022. Open Enrollment is your annual period to make elections and changes to your benefits for the upcoming 2023 calendar year.  

This year, you will have the opportunity to learn about cost changes to the 2023 benefit plans during a virtual session hosted by Aon. Aon has been providing benefit program consulting services to Seattle University for 10+ years. Aon seeks to help institutions improve employee health and wellbeing while managing the costs of healthcare. This session will provide you with an overview of your benefits to support your decision making throughout Open Enrollment.  

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet virtually with your medical vendors, Aetna and Kaiser, to learn about the benefits that are available to you in 2023.  

Virtual benefit sessions will be hosted as follows:   

• Tuesday, November 1 from 12:30 – 1:30: Aon (Zoom link) 
• Wednesday, November 2 from 12:30 – 1:30: Aetna (Zoom link)  
• Thursday, November 3 from 12:30 – 1:30: Kaiser (Zoom link)
