Are you feeling stressed or fatigued? Forgetting to stop and take a breath throughout the day? Wondering how to self-regulate? In support of our mental and physical health and well-being, the Flexwork Taskforce invites you to attend a 30-minute intro to mindfulness and self-care session. During the session, you can learn mindfulness basics and practice living in the moment and getting in touch with yourself. These techniques are a way to care for you.
