MPS Printing from Macs, iPhone, and Android

An issue has been discovered for users printing to the su-print-queue from Macintosh computers or using Mobility Print on iPhone and Android. On NEW Sharp copiers, prints do not show up for release after logging in. Our technical team is working on a solution but in the meantime, these alternatives may be of use:

  1. Use a PC for printing, either one belonging to a colleague or in one of the various labs around campus.
  2. Use Web Print. This has limited options but works on all devices, including phones. Instructions: Web Printing with MPS - ITS External Knowledge Base - Confluence (atlassian.net)
  3. Release at older printers. Some offices may still have older units but if not, you can find one on the second and third floors of the library. They are the shorter units meant for ADA compliance.
