“Over generations, each of these faiths and traditions have become different strands of thread that have woven a tapestry for humanity; a reminder that we are bound together through our interconnectedness and our common vision for protecting and preserving all humanity.”

– CEIE Advisory Council member Mahrukh Motafram

As the CENTER-piece of CEIE’s November newsletter, Advisory Council member Mahrukh Motafram speaks about the continued global support and work at CEIE as well as her experience as a Zoroastrian.

Motafram’s recent certificate at Seattle University in Non-Profit Leadership, her commitment to Seattle University alumni engagement and her local to international service enables a specific position for enhancing the relationship of the alumni experience to CEIE’s programming and future certificate opportunities. She will work with CEIE in strategic enhancement of these alumni relations, also in her capacity as long-standing interfaith advisor and founding member of the Advisory Council member to CEIE.

This month, CEIE has welcomed several guests to Seattle University, including Al Bertrand, editor-in-chief of Georgetown University Press, and Brother Emile from the Taizé Ecumenical Community in France.

We hope you will find a place in our efforts that invites you to engage with us!
