Payroll Forms Migrated to Secure Microsoft Form Platform

Effective Wednesday, July 26, “The Pay Period Adjustment” and “The Union Pay Period Adjustment” forms for non-exempt employees will be migrated to the secure Microsoft Form platform. This transition ensures enhanced security and safety for all payroll-sensitive data.

It is essential to emphasize that there will be no changes to the required elements in the forms. All the necessary fields will remain intact, ensuring a seamless continuation of the adjustment process.

To maintain confidentiality and proper control over the submission of these forms, we would like to remind everyone that only supervisors are authorized to submit the forms to payroll for their direct reports’ adjustments. This practice guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and the appropriate handling of payroll adjustments. Your cooperation in adhering to this process is greatly appreciated.
