Recommended Black History Month Book

It’s the end of February and Black History Month. The Lemieux Library, in partnership with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, recently published a reading guide for “The 272: The Families Who Were Enslaved and Sold to Build the American Catholic Church,” by Rachel L. Swarns. This powerful read is strongly recommended, and the guide will serve as a tool to further explore your own thoughts on the important story that Swarns tells.
