Remembering Bill Borgert

William (Bill) Borgert, a retired faculty colleague in the College of Education and member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, passed away Dec. 27. Following a distinguished career in teaching and administration, Bill joined SU and spearheaded the college’s professional development and teacher placement initiatives while teaching classes. He was beloved by colleagues and students alike.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 7, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Edmonds. Bill’s obituary can be found at Legacy.
