Remembering Jean Beland

Jean (Werner) Beland, BSN ’55, who served on the College of Nursing’s faculty, passed away last month. She had a distinguished and long career as a nurse and nurse educator and authored and coauthored many books and articles relating to mental health issues that affected nursing practice.
