Drop in any time between noon and 4 p.m.
Room 369 (floor 3) in the Lemieux Library and McGoldrick Learning Commons
Students: Do you ever start studying and then realize eating food sounds like a better idea? You can do both at the Slice & Advice Research Party!
The perfect opportunity to finish the quarter strong is here. The library is ordering pizza at noon and 2 p.m. so come get a slice and some advice from the Learning Assistance Programs, the Writing Center, and your Research Librarians!
What students come for:
- Finding research or popular article
- Searching library databases
- Narrowing your research topic
- Time management
- Paper writing
- Citations
- and more!
None of this assistance is limited to just this event. You can reach out to the Library, the Writing Center, and Learning Assistance Programs as you prepare for the end of the quarter––they’re happy to support you in any way they can!
- Find books and articles for your final paper or project! From anthropology to sociology, they've got you covered.
- Make an appointment with the Writing Center to work through your paper or try tutoring services or facilitated study groups through Learning Assistance Programs
- And if you need anything else, you can ask quick questions through the library chat!
