This training will provide a step-by-step process for hiring a student employee starting with initiating the hire with Student Employment Action Forms (SEAFs). The session will be a deep dive into the SEAF, requirements and processes for new hire paperwork (I-9s, W-4s, and Direct Deposits), start dates and more.
The information in this training is crucial to ensuring that your department remains in compliance and that your students start work and are paid on time.
