Supervisor Community of Practice Survey
Posted: January 10, 2024
Seattle University's Reignited Strategic Directions Goal: Professional Formation for Staff has established a working group to develop the structure of a Supervisor Community of Practice.
Communities of Practice (CoPs) are groups of people bound by a shared interest, purpose, or practice who collaborate through agreed upon channels. These channels are designed to allow community members to share ideas and knowledge in several ways.
CoPs form and share knowledge by obtaining information from individual members, as opposed to a centralized push or information from higher authorities.
CoPs are self-sufficient small groups, and in this pilot program, participants will be bound by their shared role as supervisors at Seattle University.
Supervisors of staff colleagues, please complete this survey to help shape the design and structure of this pilot program. Thank you!
