Human Resources conducted a survey for staff hiring managers during winter quarter. Feedback indicated that candidate pools are smaller than before the pandemic began. HR also heard that when hiring managers approach candidates, they have already entered the interview process for a similar role elsewhere or the candidate doesn’t respond at all.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that job opportunities are at an all-time high of $11.5 million.
