The Writing Center Is Open for Summer

The Writing Center remains open during summer session through Aug. 13 for synchronous and asynchronous writing consultations.

Students can bring any type of writing to a consultation. Consultants give thoughtful responses to academic coursework in any discipline, creative writing, resumes, personal statements, job applications, graduate school applications, grants, professional scholarship, posters, PowerPoints and more.

The center supports students in all stages of the writing process including brainstorming, planning, and revision. Students are welcome to schedule one-to-one 50-minute consultations during the open hours: Mondays–Thursdays, 9 a.m.– 4 p.m.
