Town Hall for Engagement Survey Results

Thank you for your participation in the 2023 Staff & Faculty Workforce Engagement Survey that was conducted earlier this year. This is important because it’s the first engagement survey Seattle University has completed in almost ten years, and much has changed at Seattle University and in the world around us since then. 

President Eduardo Peñalver, Provost Shane Martin and VP of HR Jerron Lowe will be joined by Rich Boyer of ModernThink—our survey provider—to share the results and take questions. This Town Hall will be a campus-wide overview of the data and details on what’s next. 

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 12 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Pigott Auditorium. In support of flexibility and to accommodate those who may be remote, the Town Hall will be offered on Zoom at this link. 

Three additional focused breakout sessions will be after the Town Hall. The details and dates on these sessions will be announced soon.
