Raymond Carr is from a rural town outside of Reno, Nevada, and attends Midland School in Los Olivos, California.  Raymond is involved in both the Midland Farm Program, as well as the Midland Jobs Program. Additionally, Raymond has held a variety of leadership positions, including Head Prefect, Junior Class President and the leader of Queercus, a LGBTQ+ Affinity group. He is also a writer and artist. He stood out in his interview as a passionate advocate for exploring privilege and intersectionality, and is described by his counselor as ‘a once-in-a-career student’ whose leadership and contributions have left a profound impact on the Midland School.
