Mariam Gohar attends Albany High School in San Francisco, California, and carries a strong 3.91 GPA. Driven by their experiences to lessen social injustices, she is committed to studying Public Affairs to create positive change through legislation and grassroots action. She is heavily involved in her community through clubs and service opportunities, such as Diversify Our Narrative, Speak, Peer Help, Improve the Dream, and the Hidden Dream. Mariam joined organizations like the Hidden Dream, which aims to create resources for childhood visa arrivals, to enable themselves to further support other individuals from similar backgrounds.
