Kurrun Sethi is from Seaside, CA and attends York School where he earned an unweighted GPA of a 4.0. He wants to pursue an economics degree at Seattle U with a pre-med track. Besides excelling academically, Kurrun has been the ASB and class treasurer since 8^th grade, tutored children in Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, and is a co-captain of the basketball team. He also dove into a research opportunity around Asian culture. Kurrun is seeking growth and furthering his passions of economics, Chinese, and health sciences for he wants to be a physician one day. He hopes to get involved at the Center for Community Engagement and attend a National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference. This Spring, you can find him speaking at his school’s Ted-X event regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of teenagers.
