Joe Blaschka, ’73, has been named the recipient of Seattle University’s 2025 University Service Award for his outstanding contributions to the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department and College of Science and Engineering.

Spencer Machinski, ‘23, is using his degree in Civil Engineering from Seattle University to build a successful career as a structural engineer.

The College of Science and Engineering’s undergraduate engineering programs have been ranked #30 nationally for programs with no doctorate by U.S. News & World Report for 2025, making it #2 in Washington state.
