The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) supports the SU community with positioning scholarship for external funding, submitting competitive grant proposals, and maintaining compliance with active grant awards. The OSP offers quarterly workshops and events to celebrate the scholarly achievements of Seattle University. Please explore our website to get started or contact us with any questions or to schedule an individual consultation. We look forward to working with you!
The OSP is excited to introduce our new electronic research administration (eRA) software, OneAegis. OneAegis is a fully customizable eRA utilized by the Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Seattle University to accommodate efficient and automated forms processing and project records management. This site and the links within are intended for the SU community who are engaging with grant proposals and management. For assistance with IRB, please visit their website.
The OSP utilizes OneAegis to facilitate internal grant proposal review and approvals in accordance with our Proposal Review and Deadline Policy, to maintain project records, and facilitate the completion of common post-award processes requiring documentation and/or approval (such as prior approvals, extra compensation requests, and grant closeouts). Financial management continues to be managed outside of OneAegis, by the Controller’s Office.
In winter quarter, the OSP will transition proposals from our current PDF Proposal Transmittal Form (PTF) to the customized and automated form of the same name within OneAegis. Post-award grant management forms will be launched in winter and early spring 2024.
View and download our OneAegis User Guide here.
OneAegis utilizes single sign-on with your SU credentials.
